In January 2025, Mr and Mrs Drake transformed their outdoor space into a practical and stylish haven with our guidance. With a clear vision of their ideal garden, they approached us for support in refining their design, selecting materials, and ensuring the final outcome met their expectations for aesthetics and functionality.

The centerpiece of the project was the installation of Serenity grey porcelain slabs, chosen for their modern, sophisticated look and durability. These were complemented by charcoal block borders that framed the pathways and added a striking contrast to the lighter paving. A gravel walkway was created, encircling the garden to provide both functionality and charm. This feature not only added depth to the design but also created dedicated areas for decorative pots, keeping them off the patio and maximizing space.

Functionality played a key role in the design. The existing manhole cover was replaced with a recessed version, seamlessly blending into the new layout. Additionally, we installed a drainage system to manage surface water effectively, ensuring the garden remains usable and resilient against weather challenges.

The project was made possible through trusted suppliers and collaborators. All materials were sourced from MKM Building Supplies (Tattershall Way, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth), ensuring top-quality components. Grab hire services were provided by Rapid Collections Limited, and the hardcore base was supplied by The Ashcourt Group.

The final result was a stunning, low-maintenance garden that balances modern design with everyday practicality. Mr and Mrs Drake’s collaboration and input in the design process ensured a space tailored to their lifestyle, with a focus on creating an inviting and functional outdoor environment.
